Maria Hviding
Maria is a multiglot with a nerdy streak, always looking to learn more about all things health­care (and miscel­la­neous). Current­ly immersed in her PhD research, Maria delves deep into the strate­gies that digital health startups employ when expand­ing their opera­tions across borders. Her passion for health­care was kindled amidst inter­na­tion­al policy­mak­ing when working at the UN and the WHO.

Today, she plays a crucial role in a health tech start­up, navigat­ing the complex­i­ties of market access. Fluent in five languages, she maneu­vers through the global health­care landscape with ease, connect­ing dots and build­ing bridges in her quest to trans­form health­care deliv­ery.

Tove Olaussen Freeman
Tove Olaussen Freeman, MSc, is a health­care strate­gist special­iz­ing in digital innova­tion, risk manage­ment, and opera­tional efficien­cy. She current­ly serves as the Project Manag­er for the GP Project at Helse­plat­tfor­men, a Norwe­gian initia­tive that aims to digital­ly integrate health­care services across Central Norway. In this role, Freeman is respon­si­ble for leading strate­gic initia­tives that focus on prima­ry care and the digital trans­for­ma­tion of health­care systems.

Previ­ous­ly, Freeman was Risk, Compli­ance, and Opera­tions Manag­er at Kry/Livi, a major player in Europe’s digital health­care sector. She also contributed signif­i­cant­ly to Ably Medical as Head of Strat­e­gy, where she led fundrais­ing activ­i­ties and devel­oped strate­gic business models.

Heinrich Zimmer­mann
With a passion for health­care innova­tion and a bit of a hypochon­dri­ac streak, Heinrich is always seeking ways to make life sciences break­throughs avail­able to society (and himself). He believes that science applied, and bold entre­pre­neur­ship are the engine that drives the world forward.

Heinrich was fortu­nate to contribute to this progress in various roles, as manage­ment consul­tant, strat­e­gy firm partner and start­up COO. During the past 10 years, he built profound exper­tise in devel­op­ment and imple­men­ta­tion of business strate­gies for new ventures. Heinrich has worked with CFOs of NASDAQ listed startups, support­ed IPOs, and led market entry strate­gies for new technolo­gies.

He is also a published author with Harvard Business Press.
